From designing world-class customer experiences to innovating in the digital space, Ash excels at driving projects forward to achieve business outcomes, while facilitating productive and collaborative team activities. She has taught design principles at Fanshawe College and is also proud to be the co-founder of Ladies that UX London, Ontario.

Over 12 years of experience in visual communication, design, creative direction, facilitation, teaching and client relations. Focused on branding and digital strategy with an overall passion for human-centred design.
From designing digital products for startups to reimagining enterprise-level applications, Hida excels in understanding the end-to-end customer journey from a variety of perspectives. Her detailed attention to every level within a service includes optimizing branding, design strategy and visual design through techniques such as stakeholder collaboration, customer research and competitive analysis.
She is a registered member of RGD Ontario, a limited duty faculty member at FIMS UWO, and actively part of the London fine art community.
Over four years of experience in digital strategy, branding, digital research, and product marketing.
He has developed and executed digital strategies for world-renowned brands such as Unilever, Diageo, Samsung, and Betway during his previous agency experience. His constant pursuit for knowledge drove him to obtain a masters degree in Advertising and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Interactive Media. With his academic background in marketing and flair for human-centered design, Dami focuses on building healthy digital products that will have a positive social impact globally.
Dami is also a member of the Interaction Design Foundation for the Toronto, Ontario, and Lagos, Nigeria chapter. In addition, he volunteers as a Resident Blogger for the User Experience Professional Association (UXPA International).
